54 Commonwealth Dr 54 Commonwealth Dr, Singapore 142054 located in: commonwealth multi-storey carpark rooftop 7 floors nearest mrt: commonwealth back to map back to view all recommended, large gatherings, good vibes, immersive, near mrt, playgrounds, good for exploration, exercise corners 19 May 2021 date of visit: immersive and well thought out, this sky garden is quite on point! imo it's the pinnacle (ha get it?) of sky garden design view: its okay. on 3 sides, you have simply towering hdbs. on 1 side tho, you have a bit of a good view with forests and buildings in the distance. it's not borderless tho, meaning the shrubbery blocks most of the view. vibes: can't have a good view or height? design a sky garden that checks the rest of the boxes! this sky garden is full of variety, with different areas dedicated to different uses (read amenities below). the tree density is quite good, meaning this place is immersive, yet not intrusive amenities: in one cozy corner, you have a playground. there're a few other spots with exercise corners too. and in yet another corner, a pebble foot massage! not to mention loads of benches, roofed or not, and a large gathering area near the lift. it's loaded! nearby: ~3 min walk to commonwealth mrt, tanglin halt market and food centre, rating: 7.5/10 exclude the view and vibes, it could well have been a 8 or 8.5. the people who designed this sky garden deserves a pay raise nearby/ other recommended sky gardens: 88 Tanglin Halt Next random sky garden
