when you reach the roof, there's a gate (that's open) for some reason. i think it's a community garden under construction? can't really tell tho. and the lower deck of the sky garden is gated up, you can't access it

view: hdb blocks. lol

vibes: it's okay? lighting seemed a bit too bright, and this place is quite bare, but then again its either under construction, or a future community garden (where this place will be fully out of bounds in the future)

amenities: 'roundels' of benches, that's about it. there's no tables, no roofs, no trees even

nearby: tampines concourse interchange, ~10 min walk to tampines malls, our tampines hub, tampines mrt

rating: n.a i do not think this place will be accessible in the future. but there's a nearby blk 859b tampines ave 5 sky garden that's pretty good, do check it out below :)
