view: its really nice!! see the port of malaysia from here. view is also very nice, its very peaceful. 😌 youre 13 or 19 floors up btw.

vibes: also windy, also seaview. 🌊 its also westward facing, so a phenomenal sunset will greet you. 🌆

amenities: the outdoor terraces are slightly bigger than that of northshore ii, and can fit more people. unfortunately, no tables to eat on on the outdoor terraces. theres benches on each terrace though. the 19 floor indoor one has tables to eat on 🪑

nearby: ~4 min walk to northshore plaza, ~7 min walk to punggol point lrt 🚆

rating: 8/10 you can spend a whole night here talking bout life. 💒
