not a bad cosy, small sky garden in the middle of holland village!

view: only 3 floors up, dont expect to see much. (or is it 4 floors?) but you're above the houses, so its still quite unobstructed, you can see quite into the distance.

vibes: quiet and cosy! a little windy as well. lighting is awesome for talks, landscaping is good as well.

amenities: no benches or tables unfortunately, but lots of wooden floor space to sit on the floor. there's enough space to fit quite a bit of people here.

rating: 7/10 its not groundbreaking, but vibes and location are good and there's many places to sit on the floor for gatherings.
