a decent sky garden, but with no lights? there are, but for some reason they're all turned off.

view: its pretty good! however, its not borderless (aka blocked by its own shurbbery). also, surrounded by hdbs abut 6 floors higher

vibes: if the lights stay off. defo it's too dark. also, its not windy, although it does feel open and airy

amenities: quite a number of nice stone benches, but no supper tables, no gathering areas for friend groups

nearby: a number of shops incl a coffee shop, dominos, a supermarket etc. ~15 min walk to admiralty mrt

rating: 6.5/10 very nice view (but blocked by shrubbery). otherwise not very feature packed with amenities, probably better if the lights were turned on
