there seems to be quite a lot of these kinds of sky gardens in woodlands - a barebones, basic chill spot with basic greenery and not amenities

view: erm there really isn't one, unless you can call hdbs surrounding all sides 10 floors higher a view. and a bit of construction work

vibes: atmosphere is decent, its average but not bad, lighting's okay, but it's not windy (at least you don't need a jacket)

amenities: no (purpose-built) benches, no supper tables, no wooden roofs, big gathering areas etc. the stone used to border the plants is the bench

nearby: coffee shops and minimarts and shops downstairs, ~15 min walk from admiralty mrt

rating: 5.5/10 nothing special here, no amenities here. good for a basic chill spot if you're around the area
