the view looks like a mic drop from google maps. but unfortunately, its too lacking in everything else to even be a decent sky garden

view: you can see entire industrial zones including tuas, jurong island, penjuru region. look on another side and you can see buildings in lakeside and jurong east in the distance! the view's splendid

vibes: it's slightly too bright for my liking, but it's still okay.
unfortunately, it's also not windy. it also feels a bit poorly maintained and bland too, for example no varied floor materials, etc

amenities: where are the amenities? no purpose built benches, no supper tables, no benches under the roof, no gathering areas... there isn't a nice place to chill here

nearby: ~10 min walk to teban gardens market and food centre, ~10 min bus ride on 143, 143m or 79 to jurong east mrt

rating: 6/10 if it wasn't for the view, maybe even a 5/10 or lower. it's quite bland, not even benches to chill on
